Sproutathon - the healthy alternative to Totathon :)
Whoops! Make that @Sproutathon! :)
Can broccoli florets or brussels sprouts be substituted for tatertots? broccothon? sroutathon? totathon
I remain concerned about the nutritional consequences of the Totathon.
TaterTots A better choice?  A 71g serving has
• 140 calories
• 7g of fat
• 347mg of sodium - A lot of salt! totathon
Comparable portion of Ore-Ida Golden Fries has:
• 101 calories
• 3g of fat
• 262mg sodium Home-made are generally healthier
A small order (71g) of McDonald’s french fries delivers: • 230 calories
• 11g of fat
• 160mg of sodium Emphasis: SMALL order tatertots
If you want your children to eat real veggies, don’t give them fries more than once a week.
Today's topic: Tatertots vs. French fries. Which are better?
Are very young children who like tatertots called totlers?
