Starkly peaceful outside. Tremendous contrast to the tumultuous storm that just plowed through the area.
First plane just passed by in Arlington on it's way to National Airport. Things have substantially settled down and sky is much brighter! :)
Extremely severe thunderstorm just rolled thru Arlington, VA w gusts & vortex near 60 mph. Heavy outdoor chairs nearly took off the balcony!
Enjoying the Great Indoors - great tunes & knocking out a series of tasks so that this upcoming work week will be highly successful! :)

Had a great meal at Continental Midtown in Philly. Delicious food, great service, and amazing decor. A real find for a "walk-by." Try it! :)

Great Verizon FiOS techs Lakeshia Queen and George, both from old Bell Atlantic company when they really knew about customer service. :)
Verizon FiOS tv down for 5 days. Turns out Comcast tech sabotaged us by switching cable from FiOS to their outlet in cable room. For shame!
As I am fond of telling my patients, "Change is good. Ask any baby with a full diaper." :D Time to change my "mental Pampers." ;)
