dctweetup at M&S bar with @Sisarina @Aishajcreative @redsprinkle where inattentiveness is combined with indifferance. Great company though
Finally venturing out onto the semi-treated streets on the way to check out @Sisarina office improvements. Car weighed down with quarters :)
Just stared down a huge plow that was about to block my driveway again. Victory!!! My personal Tiananman Square tank moment of the day. :)

So excited! Sutures (aka "stiches") come out today @ Dr. Lovallo's office in Arlington. Then onto some serious rehab/strength training. :-)

Great performance @ Kennedy Ctr last night! Pilobolis showed amazing strength and grace. After-show Q&A was revealing and a lot of fun! :-)
Only snag in last night's solo flight was the Metro ride. Way too much pushing and shoving. Since when did compassion go out of fashion?

Saturday, October 3, 2009

One-armed doc spreading his wings to head to Kennedy Ctr via Metro. The sling is merely a fashion stmt and a warning: Keep your distance! :)

9/11 Remembered

September 11, 1993 - my toast (which was never delivered to the reception crowd) - "Stefan and Arlyn. Today you have vowed to honor and cherish each other in sickness and in health... and if ever an emergency should arise, you need only to remember today's date: 911." Congratulations to the Massachusetts Vogelmanns on their 16th wedding anniversary! May you have many, many more happy and healthy years ahead! :-)

Website and Video Fun :)

Hi there everyone!

Dr. Vogelmann here again. I have FINALLY managed to post a new and improved video on my YouTube account, "myhealthexpert". It took a little doing with learning new software but I think that the effect is worth it.

Please let me know what you think!

Dr. V.

Thursday, April 16, 2009

Check out my new YouTube Video

Hi,

I just posted my first YouTube video under "Rockville Chiropractor". My YouTube channel is "myhealthexpert" and you can also find me under "Rockville Chiropractor Vogelmann". It's my first attempt so please be kind. YouTube's QuickCapture software appears to be malfunctioning because the audio and video just don't synch up. As a result, according to my yougest brother, Stefan, it appears like a broadcast from the Apollo 11 moonlanding. :) Hopefully, this problem will be solved by a replacement video in the not-too-distant-future.

Stay tuned. I have another 4 videos in the works.

Cheers,

Dr. V.

My Health Video Experiment

OK folks,

I'm here again in the midst of a big social networking experiment involving posting YouTube, Viddler, and other such videos on chiropractic health care and the various types of conditions that I treat in Rockville and Alexandria. I just reposted my first video using Rockville in the title and it did seem to help launch the YouTube video several pages up. Still need to make it to page one on Google but I will keep trying with an entire video series. Wish me luck!

My very best to you all!

Dr. V.

Stefan Vogelmann Dot Com?

OK... I've been following StefanVogelmann.com with great anticipation and now with great disappointment. When will we see new photos, new insights, new rants, and new rave reviews of all of Stefan's favorite things? Even his Twitter account is relatively "twitless". :) Please give us the juicy details of life on the South Shore. I'm quivering in anticipation!
